The Cooperativa Agricola Acli Srl, located in Rosà, is an associated member of the Consorzio per la Tutela dell’Asparago Bianco di Bassano DOP since it is a packer, but it is also an independent body that acts as an intermediary between the consortium’s producers and the market. It actually performs the final stages in the production chain, in other words packaging, product display and distribution through its selected channels, targeting trade operators who then sell Asparago Bianco di Bassano DOP to the consumer, including the circuit’s caterers and greengrocers.
